The values are always the basis for my business. That is the basis for a good and long partnership. The Buzzscale team also supports social aid organizations in Hamburg. Business trip, flight, hotel, driving a private car. I work in a climate-friendly way. The Co2 emissions are compensated. We are involved in two ongoing projects. This year we will fund the planting of over 600 trees in the rainforest.
I work with passion and motivation
From 2002 to 2004 I worked as a consultant for part of Bertelsmann AG. From 2006 to 2011 I was employed as a trainer and project manager at Deutsche Post Customer Service Center GmbH. Then I switched to a subsidiary of Sparda Banken. In this position, I was responsible for Marketing & Sales from 2011 to 2014. From 2014 to the end of 2016 I was managing director of D + S 360 ° Webservice GmbH in Hamburg. Our team developed new and very efficient solutions for modern customer service. From the beginning of 2017 to January 2021, I was a member of the management team at gevekom GmbH. As a member of the executive board, I was responsible for strategic growth and international expansion. Since this year I have been part of the management at Expertcloud.de. Today I am managing director of Expertcloud.de GmbH, together with Nina Müller. Expertcloud.de GmbH is a 100% virtual service provider. Our experts all work at home in their home office. We deliver highly professional customer service solutions. With our business model, we deliver an optimal solution for modern work. I have been a board member of the Call Center Association Germany since 2017. We represent the customer service industry. We currently have over 300 members. I have been active with my startup buzzscale for some time. Via buzzscale, I offer startups advice on all aspects of business development.
In the last few years I have written several books and discovered my love for painting. My pictures can now also be purchased through various channels.
